Security/Privacy.The information required for registration is necessary for the management of reservations and is strictly confidential. We guarantee the protection of personal data and the security of bank details and credit cards. Sensitive data requested from you and information provided pass through secure servers and are therefore completely encrypted. This means that any information, including your credit card number, cannot be read.
For a maximum period of 30 days from the end of the stay, all of the data, as well as bank details, are kept in a database on a secure server in order to allow conveyance of reservations. To prevent unauthorised access or misuse of data, we follow strict procedures implemented for the storage and communication of information, in accordance with articles 7 and 13 of Italian Leg. Decree 196/2003. Sensitive data, including bank details, can only be exchanged between the User, the facility and our organization.
Credit Card. Your credit card details are necessary in order to secure the reservation. There will be no charge, except if required by the booking conditions of the individual facility or in the event of a no-show (a client who does not turn up after having confirmed a reservation). When necessary, the credit card details will be transmitted directly to the facility with an SSL Secure Server, therefore ensuring complete protection.
How to book?.After having found a facility that fits your requirements, click on its name or picture to access the hotel page and then click ‘Book’. You can also click directly on the ‘Book’ button in the list of facilities. To be able to send your booking request, please complete the relevant form also taking care to enter your personal details and, if required, your credit card number: this is purely by way of guarantee for the hotel. At the end of the booking process and before confirmation, please read carefully the terms of cancellation. The data is then transmitted through the secure server.
IMPORTANT. be able to receive confirmation of your booking request, please ensure that the information entered is accurate, as if it is wrong, the process will not be completed properly.
How to cancel the reservation? All reservations can be cancelled without incurring any penalty, but only if the cancellation is made within the terms specified in the facility’s policy. The link to cancel the reservation can be found in the automatic confirmation email. Your reservation will be completely deleted from our system and you will not need to take any further action. Cancellation requests will not be accepted through any other method even if they are sent before the deadline. Cancellations must be made by following the procedure specific to each facility. ATTENTION: Beach Hotels in Sardinia is not responsible for possible credit card charges in the event of cancellations that are not carried out through the specified method.
How to modify the reservation. It is possible to make any changes to the reservation before its final submission. Subsequently, changes will not be possible on our system, therefore you must make the cancellation of the reservation that may have been confirmed.

General conditions. All of the general conditions are clearly indicated on the Beach Hotels in Sardinia website. Each booking request is transmitted through the system to the relevant facility. Our purpose is to facilitate online bookings.
All of the profiles include information provided by the hotels. For this reason, BEACH HOTELS IN SARDINIA assumes no responsibility for any inaccuracies, service interruptions of the affiliated facilities, any information not transmitted, missed payments and/or refunds.
